I’ve always had a liking for antique Indian treasures such as statues, religious articles, or even jewelry. One such prized possession is a statue of Dhanvanthari, a form of Vishnu, that my husband purchased in Chennai, during his last trip to India.
The brass figurine displays stunning craftsmanship with great attention to detail. I especially love the contrast of the green foliage against the shiny brass.
I played with colors, specifically cool tones, by using blue colored terracotta plants, and lush green leaves.
I hope you enjoyed this short, but beautiful post on the stunning beauty, that is this particular figurine. Until next time, have a great week!
